Our favourite places in London...

Hotel
We're loving the new Zetter Townhouse at the moment. A wonderful 13 bedroom Georgian townhouse on St John's Square. Their cocktail lounge, spread across the ground floor, is the result of a collaboration between the Zetter clan and the founders of 69 Colebrooke Row, the cocktail bar in Islington.

Restaurant
Also worth checking out is this great new restaurant The Gilbert Scott at The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. A collaboration with the renowned Marcus Wareing, one of London's best chefs.

Hot Tips
Dr Max Hitchins, the Hospitality Doctor tells us what are the 5 key things hoteliers need to focus on that will make them stand out from the crowd and help them outperform competition.

Sweet Tooth
Beautiful cupcakes at Violet, a sweet little bakery in London Fields who also has a stall on Broadway Market on Saturdays... Well worth a visit.
